Exciting News: Campaign Creators Earns FOUR HubSpot Accreditations In HubSpot Onboarding, CRM Implementation, Data Migration and Solution Architecture!

After days of strategy; weeks of creating documentation that demonstrate our expertise; followed by months of deliberation, the news is out: Campaign Creators has obtained four new HubSpot Accreditations! And it all happened in the same application period.

 

Why we’re proud to share the news

These accreditations are HubSpot’s validation that certain solutions partner organizations have the expertise, capacity, and practical experience needed to serve customers with complex technical and business needs.

Campaign Creators has been a HubSpot Solutions Partner since 2015, however it wasn’t until 2021 that we decided to officially launch a department focused on delivering efficient, white-glove solutions to new HubSpot licensees. The Technical Onboarding Department has onboarded just under 400 companies since launch. In this short period of time, we have implemented HubSpot licenses for companies of different sizes, industries and varying complexity. Projects have included, but not limited to the following :

  1. Straight forward platform setup and CRM implementation
  2. Highly complex re-platforming (data migration/asset rebuild) from diverse systems onto HubSpot (Salesforce, Marketo, Zendesk, Pipedrive…)
  3. Simplifying businesses technology stack with native, 3rd party and custom integrations
  4. Operationalize data via segmentation and automation to communicate more effectively/personally within an organization's ecosystem
  5. Optimizing business operations flows with clear data modeling and closed loop reporting

The diversity of projects lead our team to create, test and optimize the processes that today deliver successful HubSpot solutions to mid-size and enterprise clients.

 

What are the four new HubSpot Accreditations?

Let’s dive into the specifics of each accreditation, understanding the unique skills and strategic experiences they validate:

1. HubSpot Onboarding Accreditation

The HubSpot Onboarding Accreditation is a credential that validates our team's skills in onboarding customers onto the HubSpot Sales and/or Marketing Hubs. Whether you’re running your business off of spreadsheets or multiple custom and complex systems, this accreditation assures our clients that we have the strategic knowledge and practical experience to efficiently onboard them onto the HubSpot platform.

2. HubSpot CRM Implementation Accreditation

Campaign Creators has also been awarded the HubSpot CRM Implementation Accreditation, showcasing our proficiency in implementing the HubSpot CRM platform with large enterprise customers. This credential highlights our skills in identifying configuration needs and creating a plan that meets their business goals.

A project’s size and complexity includes the evaluation of the following:

  • The company’s size, business model and current pain points
  • The existing technology stack and desired future state
  • Data migration needs from current CRM and other platforms
  • Maintaining existing data tax schema or reconceptualizing how the data can be restructured
  • Building dashboards and reports
  • Solving CPQ requirements
  • Developing a change management plan in order to ensure a smooth transition from legacy platforms onto HubSpot.
  • Provide training to help foster the adoption and utilization of the new platform.

3. HubSpot Data Migration Accreditation

The ability to continue running business operations seamlessly while transitioning to a new CRM platform is no small feat.  The HubSpot Data Migration Accreditation validates our experience in migrating legacy CRM platforms to the HubSpot CRM platform, in addition to our product-specific knowledge of HubSpot. This accreditation verifies Campaign Creators’ expertise in:

  • Data strategy and architecture
  • Developing and executing data migration via custom API’s
  • Creating custom objects and associations
  • Customizing dashboard and/or building out custom reports
  • Executing a migration process based on a solid methodology.

4. HubSpot Solutions Architecture Design Accreditation

Last but certainly not least, Campaign Creators has earned the HubSpot Solutions Architecture Design Accreditation. This credential validates our strategic experience in designing, configuring, and customizing complex and innovative solutions to solve advanced customer use cases. This includes incorporating multiple tools and features across HubSpot’s ecosystem.
